It may be the first of April, but this is not an April Fool’s joke.  BMW fires are serious and I am not the only one.  Please visit http://www.bmwproblems.com.  The evidence mounts!

Please read an excerpt taken from the website:

“If you have experienced any of the above symptoms with your BMW, you should know that most state and Federal consumer lemon laws or warranty laws provide a right to a refund or a new car in any situation where the use, value or safety has been substantially affected. Certainly the above problems can be distracting at best, or lead to disastrous consequences at worst. That consumers can obtain free legal representation from skilled and experienced consumer lemon law attorneys for such claims, is also a little known fact. Why settle for excuses and aggravation anymore?”

Hummmmmm–Legal representation?

BOCA RATON — A Boca Raton man has been displaced from his home after his car caught on fire, which then caught his garage on fire, according to firefighters.

The BMW in the garage of a home in the 6100 block of North Dixie Highway caught on fire around 9 a.m. and the flames spread from the car to the garage, according to a Boca Raton Fire-Rescue Department report. The owner, who was not identified, was home at the time but was not in the car and was not injured.

The home sustained about $200,000 worth of damage, and the car was severely burned before firefighters put out the blaze. The home was rendered uninhabitable.

The cause has not been determined, and the fire is being investigated by the State Fire Marshal’s Office.
